Cutrite V9 - File to saw help please

    Afternoon folks,


    Anyone have any experience with V9?


    I have an old V9 key I want to use...Im optimizing fine...It's a lite version, so i have no options at all....


    I'm more familiar with V11, and wanted to know what I needed to do to get a file transfered over to the saw?

    We have the cutlink on the saw and I've used ver 11 and transferred some files over without issue...but I can't figure out v9 for some reason...is it capable?


    Can I convert to .PTX in Ver.9?

    Hi Cutterwolf,

    The Cut Rite "Lite" Software can only put out SAW files that would work for HOMAG / HOLZMA panel saws with CADmatic 4, 4.1, 4.5 and 5.0. In the system parameters you can set a path where the files should be going (as far as I remember). Then there is only one data transfer option in the menu, that will generate a SAW file in this path.
    The machine will recognize the SAW file directly.
