Drillteq v200 precision issue

  • Hi all,

I'm new here on the forum and would like to share an issue with our v200.

We bought a new machine last year (1 year working now) and already at the beginning we found the machine isn't precise enough. It is mostly visible after drilling, during the assambling. Cabinet corner joints (base and sides of cabinet) done with 8mm dowels often are not parallel after assembling.

It is not easy to explain, maybe I could upload the photo.

Before drilling, pieces are precise in measure after cutting and egdebanding.

We can't figure out why and where the lack of precision appear. Is there any info regarding tolerances for v200? Does somebody here have similar problem?

Thank you in advance for the help!

  • Hi

We always put the base and lid 0.5mm further in. We also adjust this annually during machine service. The problem is that over time the vertical stop, where the plate surface "rests", becomes inaccurate. That's why it's probably the same for you, the deeper the cabinet becomes, the more difference you have?

  • Thx for the answer.

Yes, the deeper cabinet, the bigger difference.

But also it shows on very small piecese (i.e. on small drawers).

Soon we'll have homag servis guys here, so we'll check with them.

Can you just explain what do you mean by vertical stop?
