Changing Depth during Cut

Is it possible to cut at different depths along the same path. For example, can I start the rout at 1/8" deep and have it finish at 1/2" deep. I know I can step cut
but I want to make a continuous rout. Using woodwop 5 and autocad LT 2010

Hello!

That is possible. You can make line and change that line z-position on start or end point. Then vertical trimming deep set @0. By doing this, the machining follows the line. Another possibility is to make nc-change to Z-value.
