Hey Vincent,
You need to draw the lines in AutoCAD under a specific layer name. Then save as DXF.
For .ply the layer name must be Poly_(depth)NM(name)
Import the DXF in your WoodWOP and it will be fine

Wich part of the glass you want as a .ply ?
If you can make a DXF with only the lines you want under this specific layer : Poly_1NM999
Then i can generate this for you straight away
