Hello, this is my first post to this forum. We have a BHX055 vertical CNC center and ever since we've been running the machine I can't seem to figure out how / why there are certain programs that will error out due to the clamp position. I've attached a part that I tried to run last week and it wont do the rectangular paths (that will later get routed out by hand) We thought that the machine will calculate where to clamp to be able to run.

Any help and insight on this would be greatly appreciated!

DWA thanks for that tip. It does in fact seem to work how i was thinking the 'Round" should work. I'll have to keep that in mind and revise my part.

I'm trying to route a rectangle with radiused corners with some Splits dividing the Line Contours. When I program where I want to start and stop, the stopping point is no where near my split point. I can split a singular contour line in 2 different places and program routes to start/stop exactly where the splits are. Are the results I'm getting a product of a radi mid stream of my route path? Its puzzling, please help!
