As you can see in the attachment (Picture1), the plan 3 uses a new board instead of using the waste part (1048.4x597) of plan 2.
Is there any CutRite configuration/parameter I can change for the waste part of plan 2 be used to cut some of the parts in plan 3?

Yes I understood what you said.
But I figure it out a good solution which is to issue the stock (see attachment) once you optimize the run. This way the next run will consider the offcuts that were generated.

So I want to use an offcut (RESTO_NAGL0049/00009710) of one run (smk_tudojuntos_restos) (see attachment offcut-RESTO-NAGL0049-00009710) in another run (22003948) (see attachment 22003948).
However, I cannot select the pretended offcut (RESTO_NAGL0049/00009710) in the Pattern Ammendment option of the other run (22003948) (see attchment Pattern ammendment).
Together I'll attach my Optimising Parameters for these runs (see attachment Offcuts parameters) and also my System Parameters (see attachment System Parameters).
Can someone help me get through this issue?

First of all thanks for the help, I have been able to do everything you described except for that last sentence:
"In the patterns you will then see a so-called master part, that contains all the small parts and an additonal pattern for the cross cutting process."
Is the master part supposed to be with a bold outline in the pattern preview menu? The additional pattern for the cross cutting also does not appears in this menu.
Could it be related to the menu options that I have? (photo attached)

In the cutting plan I want to group small parts to be cut initially as one big part.
Once the big part is cutted and edgebanded, is then recutted into small parts (check attachment, the colors represent the "big part").
Is this possible? If so, how can I do it? Any tips?
I have the CutRite V10.
